Conditions Zum Schneider

Welcome to Zum Schneider Finkenberg. We hope you feel comfortable with us and have a nice stay. If you have made a booking at Zum Schneider, we would like to point out that the following conditions apply.

Reservation
Upon receipt of the reservation request, we will send you confirmation as soon as possible. The reservation from that moment on is final. 

The accommodation costs are due for the entire reserved period, even if arrival or departure is earlier or later than the agreed period. 

When booking less than 3 days, we charge an additional 10 euros service fee.

Arrival and departure
Arrival on the day of arrival is possible from 3 p.m., departure on the day of departure is before 10 a.m. Other times and after 10 p.m by arrangement. Should you know what time your arrival time is, we would really like to know.

Payment
At Zum Schneider you can pay by card or cash.

Cancellation policy
The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations. Cancellations must be submitted in writing (by email). The date of receipt determines the calculation of the term.

- Up to 10 weeks before arrival: Free cancellation.
- Between 10 weeks and 2 weeks before arrival: The guest owes 25% of the total amount.
- Between 2 weeks and 1 week before arrival: The guest owes 50% of the total amount.
- Within 1 week before arrival or in case of no-show: The guest owes 100% of the total amount.

Cancellation insurance and travel insurance must be taken out by the guest.

Rooms

Should you discover defects in/to your booked room upon arrival, would you please report this immediately so that we can resolve the problems as quickly as possible? Also, if an accident occurs during your stay, we ask that you report it as soon as possible so that we can remedy the inconvenience. We only have non-smoking rooms, but of course an ashtray for outdoor use is available.

Parking
There are 3 parking spaces available for the whole house. Parking should be in the public parking lots in the village. We are happy to help you find a place. 

Pets
The bringing of pets is not permitted.

HOUSE RULES

  • Feel at home at Zum Schneider!
  • Breakfast is in the winter months from 7:30 to 9:00 am in the summer months from 8:00 to 10:00 am.
  • Every other day we do a roomcheck. The towels will be changed and the trash cans emptied.
  • We ask you to eat diner in the breakfast room, the use of our plates and cutlery is no problem. We do this to protect our linens.
  • Drinks from our refrigerator please write down and pay cash afterwards.
  • Please go up the stairs without ski boots.
  • Please walk the stairs quietly we have old wooden stairs.
  • It is quiet in the rooms, the backyard and corridors after 10:00 pm.
  • Coziness is always allowed in the breakfast room.
  • After using the breakfast room in the evening, please clean up and put glasses in the hatch, blow out candles and turn off lights.
  • Please lock the ski room after use.
